Privacy notice

We collect information you provide, including account details, candidate profile fields, job-search preferences, uploaded resumes, and resume-builder content. We also record platform activity needed to operate opportunity matching, application tracking, and account security.

If you choose to connect Gmail, Career Tracker requests read-only Gmail access. The platform reads messages relevant to job applications and recruiter activity to identify application confirmations, interviews, rejections, dates, meeting details, and related context. It cannot send, edit, or delete your email.

Message content needed for classification may be processed by contracted infrastructure and AI service providers solely to provide these candidate-facing features. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles. Access is limited to the connected candidate account and authorized platform operations.

Career Tracker’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We use candidate information to provide job discovery and matching, create skill matrices and tailored resumes, maintain application history, deliver requested summaries, support the user, prevent abuse, and improve platform reliability.

Candidate records and documents are stored in access-controlled cloud systems. Authentication credentials and OAuth tokens are protected and are not shown to other candidates. Information is retained while the account or connected feature remains active, and for only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform.

Gmail access is optional. You can revoke Career Tracker’s Google access from your Google Account security settings. You may request deletion of a connected Gmail integration, stored email-derived records, or your entire Career Tracker account by emailing molham.kamel@gmail.com. Verified deletion requests will be completed from active platform systems, subject to limited legal or security retention requirements.
